Kurt has been photographing weddings and other special events professionally since 1995 throughout the United States.

Open Sky Photography was started with the vision of providing exceptional photographs that people will cherish at a price they can afford. Kurt's goal is to capture your special moments in timeless photographs providing you with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Some of Kurt's other passions include serving in different cultures around the world. He has had the opportunity to work in Haiti, Slovakia, Jamaica and has led mission teams in Mexico, Canada and throughout the United States. He recently spent three months in central Africa helping in orpanages and refugee camps.

Kurt also enjoys photographing wildlife and nature. You can view his work on this site and purchase any of his prints. 50% of the profits from all orders will go to help fund non-profits who help provide for the needs of the nearly 10 million orphaned children in Africa whose parents have tragically died of AIDS.
